Shielded transition pipe coupling that allows you to make pipe connections that are resistant to shear forces, while creating a rigid, long-lasting pipe joint. It is based on the original design, a set of welded clamps is added in the middle to increase its strength, improve its performance, and make the connection more secure. From 3/4″ to 8″ pipe diameters -the pipe coupling connects cast iron, plastic, steel, copper andtubular, drain waste and vent systems for above-ground applications.
